Android Question ADB failed to ACK - htc Incredible S

Has anyone successfully connected the Designer to an Incredible S via USB? I'm having no luck although I have updated the Win XP USB driver and can see the SD card in My Computer.

Yes. It works fine with B4A Bridge, which makes me wonder if the Bridge could be made to work over a USB connection if the network were not available for some reason.
