ADB Manager problem

I installed Android API 12 to get my device to replace the emulator.

Now, whenever try to start the ADB Manager to start an emulator it shows the Packages page.It goes online and downloads the repository every time. I cannot get it to show the emulated devices page as default any more.

Anyone know what is going wrong for me?

In the SDK Manager choose Tools - AVD Manager.

This issue is fixed for the next update.
