Bug? Add comment xml file in resouce folder.

Hi all,
I'm not sure that is bug or not. I'm study Material Design tutorial,I need to add the comment in xml file as attached picture. After I test compile in order to install my device,I have error message. (I use B4A 4.00)

This is not a bug. The XML is parsed by Android tools.

The <?XML etc...> needs to be the first thing in the document. The parser cannot know how to properly parse <!Comment> without first knowing what kind of document is being used.

Placing the comments this way will work...

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
<!-- This is a comment -->
<resources>
  <!-- This is a comment -->
  <string name="app_name">B4A DropBox Ex1</string>
</resources>
