Add Features To A Map

Hello,
Is it possible to add, delete, and read features/markers (tied to records from an sqlite table containing gps coordinates and other info) from an ocasionally connected OpenStreetMap or Google map using b4a?

Did you have a look at this GoogleMaps V3 in a WebView ?

It's not exactly what you want to do, but a map management is there, the SQL part doesn't exist.
