Android Question Admob Banner - Relative Panel Usage

Hello.
My banner ad usage is as follows:
I create one "MasterLayer". In this layer, I add a panel at the bottom for the banner ad.
I show or hide this panel depending on the loading status of the ad. I also adjust the heights of the panels outside the ad every time the ad loads by taking the ad height.
Is there an easy way to do this? Are there any special components I can use?
So, according to the Banner height, I want the heights of other panels to be automatically updated.

Not that I know.
I always adjust in code the height of the panel of the banner and other panels in the screen.

I do like that too. However, it becomes tiring in multi-page and multi-panel applications.
