Alternative to Custom Dialogs?

Is there any other way to make a panel (or another view) with views show then hide than custom dialogs please?
[EDIT] OR if a panel is called and created in a sub can it be destroyed and then recreated when the sub is called again? I seem to be missing something.

Yes. You can change its visible property or add it and remove it.

Sorry to waste your time and thanks. Age is obviously getting the better of me.
I did assume that Visible would not permit release of memory and might be a problem later, but Remove, I totally missed.

Note that if you only show a few dialogs then you should not be concerned about the memory it uses.
