You're totally right, and btw most Android phones out there
are < 2.3.5 versions.

So, I can wait...or better.. let them wait.:D

What does this currently mean ?

If I have an small app with some layouts for setting the parameters; do I make these layouts available by a button on the main layout ?

(or should I have used the term 'activity' here ?)

Action bar

Basically there isn't much to it although i think the action bar menu (top right) is in the wrong place in the end. It is easily to support this and the overflow is in the bottom right.

On bigger phones like the Galaxy Nexus it would be so much user friendly if all would be at the bottom. I really think Google has it very wrong from an UI point of view. I really need to overstretch (or work with two hands) my hand/thumb to get all these action bar items.

Anyway, I really think we need an action bar in the end.

Cheers,
