Better to post the error message as text instead of the video. I wasn't able to read it.
The IDE uses the standard API to access the file system. If the pendrive file system doesn't behave properly then there isn't much that the IDE can do.
* just create one project in your pendrive, save
* run without any layouts, and works!
* create a new layout, load from any place (root.panel, panel, etc), and will NOT WORKS!
I tried with pendrive formated with NTFS, FAT32, EX-FAT and no one works
This is important, because I work with projects on pendrive to develop in any computer I want (home, work, etc) without copy first to c:
@Erel, is just for add a new layout (when the project is on a pendrive) I have problem. If the project is on pendrive, I can work perfectly, is just when trying to add a new layout.
Can you check this or is impossible to work directly on a pendrive?
I think that it is a mistake to work directly on a USB storage device if it doesn't behave properly. As I wrote the IDE uses the standard file system APIs to access the file system.
