B4J Question Any Tutorial on how to make a REST API?

I would like to ask if it is possible to make a REST API for my app, with B4J.
Does anyone have implemented something?

As I understand, the [B4X] OkHttpUtils2 with Wait For, refers to client requests only.
The API I need to make is a REST Server API to receive requests from external apps and answer to them back.
