How to create the expansion apk file?
my project is more than 50mb.

I will add it to the wishlist. It requires an update to the licensing library.

Note that in most cases the expansion APKs will be downloaded automatically and work without any extra code:

Until expansion file support is added to B4A you might want to look at the DownloadManager to make easy work of downloading large files.
The only caveat is that DownloadManager is only available with Android version Gingerbread and newer.
