Android Question apk with private key for local clients

I am planning to make app for my clients. All my clients are local, same city/state. I do not intend to upload on GPlay.

Now as per suggestion

I made a private sign key with my name and home.

But when I installed the same on my mobile, it gave me below message,



I understand that these are related to my not having account in GPlay. But my clients will chicken out if they see them.

So how am I to send / put apk on my webpage for my clients ?

is not a problem as most have it enabled, they install apks from other vendors too or games from friends.

is too much work for me as of now, for something which will be used by some of my clients only and that too for nil or minimal monetary benefits to me. I am just trying to test water for it. But the 'warning' message will deter many.

Let me see what else I can do.
