iOS Question Apple Configurator and macOS Monterey

Hello,
I've installed MacBuilder, server runs ok, but to use iOS simulator I need Apple Configurator, right?
I've a MacBook Pro 13 with macOS Monterey 12.7.3 and when I try to install Apple Configurator from App Store a message tells me that this software is non available for my MacOS.

How can I solve this problem?

If you Google there is a workaround in GitHub on how to install later Mac OS in older Macs. Consider it more like a patch to the prohibition and lesser like a workaround.
