iOS Question Apple deployment question

On the final step, uploading your iOS app to Apple for review, on the iTunes Connect Uploader window, there is a blank text field. Is this where I would enter any special instructions for my app, such as login passwords, setup info, etc.?

No. This is the uploader tool output window. Similar to the compilation window.

So will Apple contact me for the necessary information to review the app or is there somewhere I can upload this after the app is uploaded? I looked all over the developer site and could not find anything relevant to this.

Have you created an app record in iTunes? You need to create an app and then create a specific version. You will have a field to provide more information there.

No app record in iTunes - I looked in iTunes, the one installed on my developement computer, and could find nothing related to this. Am I looking in the wrong place? Where can I find information on doing this?
