Android Question Application is not compatible with all mobile phones

I do not understand why my application only works on some phones.
Example: on s3 works well on S2 does not work
maybe it's a problem of Android versions or API?
How can I avoid this problem?

what have you set in the manifest?

you probably set minSDK and targetSDK versions too high for some devices.
