Android Question ASK WHAT CONTROL TO USE LIKE THIS

This is screenshot of application that use to entry sales order..
Application get list from local server ( smart phone in different wifi, not in sames wifi ), then show list item like that and people can entry quantity order item
i want to ask what control to do that? is that list view control?
or anyone has source code like that??? please help

You can easily build an app with the same screen layout like as your attachment by using xCustomListView.
