Android Question Attribute "fontProviderFetchStrategy" already defined with incompatible format.

i installed latest b4a to a new laptop .. made sure i followed all the necessary steps then i compile my existing app and this error appears, note that this error only appears on the new laptop thats why im stuck
both my pc and this new laptop had the same b4a version(9.80), same platform(android-28)

Download AppCompat v4.0 (again if needed). Make sure that there is no old copy of AppCompat in the internal libraries folder.
