Android Question auto answer to incoming call

Hi

I see many application on PLAY with this function but no one working (on my xperia Z2)?! why?
I want to make my own application with auto answer function and switching to speaker phone!
Where can I start that will this function work ON ALL androids phones?!

I don't think that it is possible. The call is handled by the default dialer app.
