Automatic email accounts creation

I tried to search but probably couldn't find the best phrasing
What I need is a service/provider that provides api to create new email accounts grammatically with no user interaction .
I prefer it to be for android but please share anything related

Better be a google email but does not matter I just need to be able to create a new email when I need it
