AutoScale Function

Basic4Android is awesome!

One of the things that's really different about Android as opposed to PPC is that it plays on so many different devices and screen sizes.

Phones, Tablets, TV's, Set-Top Boxes and more to come. So there are a lot more screen sizes to worry about depending on where you want to deploy your app...

Something that would be really useful in the case of multiple screen sizes would be an auto-scale capability for graphic elements such as buttons, pictureboxes, etc...

There are ways of doing this in code, but I think it would be nice to have some function like that in the IDE to make existing apps easier to port...

Not essential, but just a nice option to have...

Actually auto scale is supported deep inside.
Layout created by the designer is automatically scaled.
And if you create your layout programmatically you should always use 'dip' units and it will auto scale.

Also in case you missed it, the designer has built-in support for many layouts saved as a single layout file.
