Android Question avoid to clear cache or data or uninstall app

Hi
in some app such as "kaspersky mobile security" u can avoid that user see app information or clear cache or clear data or uninstall app , how can do it?

for example when you trying to uninstall app you see attachment image file.

it is a system app with administrator access and can control device remotely (lock or) ...

I'm pretty sure that you cannot do the same thing with a regular app.

No. I meant that a regular app written with Eclipse / Java or Basic4android cannot hide the standard uninstall dialog.
