Android Question B4A and VLC player

How can I call the vlc video player to play my movie ?
How can I read fron b4a that the player ends to play the movie?
is there an example?

my android device has 2 media players
fireAirplayer and Tvdvideo
Can I call any of them instead of the VLC player and pass parameters to them
Like start play, stop ,rewind , hide the menu bar etc

The standard way to play a video with an external player is with an intent such as:
