How an image of the hamburger menu is placed to the left of the title of the activity on an actionbar?
What format?

You excuse my ignorance.
Is it possible to make the process with some actionbar of the design material?
How?

Or can you explain more as is done with StdActionBarHelper?

How does the png file drawable for the hamburguer icon?
How does it apply to the actionbar?
