Will it be possible to enter the details of a google account and sign in on device with code.
The device is controlled from a app on a other phone.

I dont think that you can create a Google Account on a device using your app.

What exactly are you trying to archieve?

The device screen is locked and shipped to clients as a device that shows adds.The client cannot type on adds device .But client must sign in to his google account on the adds device with his own phone and his google account.

What does that mean exactly?

He can not use the Accounts feature of the device, add a new google account or sign in to his account?

You can not add such a account on the device using code. The user must do it. This is how android works
