b4a Crashing

On starting B4A, I crashing with the message being
"The application failed to initialize properly(0xc0000123). Click on Ok to terminate the application."

Basic4android depends on Microsoft .Net Framework 2.0. It is already installed on most computers (it is preinstalled on Vista and above).
