Please refer to the following link : http://www.designnews.com/lecture-calendar.asp?cid=nlad.mg2.dn.aud.custm.ceceditnlads

If you scroll down the page, you will see the B4A being used for the apps development. My point is B4A is JUST the right tools for this age of technology. And I wish that the tool's development team at B4A can seriously consider to add the following libraries into the IDE so that "Internet of Things" can easily be done with B4A. Among the libraries needed are:

MQTT :
http://pic.dhe.ibm.com/infocenter/wmqv7/v7r5/index.jsp?topic=/com.ibm.mm.tc.doc/tc10130_.htm

and the http://mqtt.org/wiki/doku.php/mqtt_on_the_android_platform

All Seen Alliance :
https://allseenalliance.org/docs-and-downloads/documentation/alljoyn-android-environment-setup-guide

and the https://allseenalliance.org/developer-resources/alljoyn/docsdownloads/android

These 2 amongst the known ones and "Internet of Things" is just A MUST HAVE capabilities in B4A (libraries).

Thanks

Hi Alberto,

Yes, that will be nice if we can join effort into IoT connected devices. I certainly have some devices for automation... yet I need them to be connected to the cloud like the MQTT, etc. How do we begin? Am I allowed to pass my email here for you?
