Android Question b4a on a Win 8.1 tablet

There are some affordable tablets with WIN 8.1. I would like to have one to develop when I'm not at home.
Are there any restrictions with b4a (minimum RAM, etc.)?

That is the "Real" question... Win RT seems to be "Not Real" windows... So, along with all the misinformation that micro-thing let's out about win 8... How can we tell if its "real win" tablet???

it should list that it is RT or Win 8 Pro. if you can find the model in 2 price ranges with the same specs then the cheap one is probably an RT.

RT is kind of useless since you can barely install normal software on it (only store apps?)
