I am looking for a way to program B4A whilst away from home. I don't want to carry a laptop with me. Has anyone used the IDE on a windows tablet? Just wondering if there might be any issues.
What would to fantastic of course is an Android B4A IDE! Any chance Erel?

I would be glad to pay a monthly charge to even be able to work on my app online if it were possible. :)

Programming or writing code on a tab is in my opinion very tedious, there's nothing like a real mouse and keyboard, however, if needed (because it makes you feel cool and fancy :D) you could set a Remote Desktop session.

I already do that but I used one of my apps at a convention last year and of course I found a bug and had to do it that way, compile it, email it to myself. A little bit of a pain but it worked.

Possible.
I was working on a inexpensive Chinese Windows 7 (full version) tablet with 1GB RAM and 32 GB flash disk.
The protective cover had built-in USB keyboard and of course I could use the real mouse (not the real real one).

I may be odd, but I think code in my head. That can be done almost anytime, but I avoid when driving, if I can. When I sleep, I often identify errors in the code.

A text editor can be used on most any device, then copied to B4A IDE. Things like using the designer are not possible.
