iOS Question B4i-Bridge

Hello, everyone,
I'm on holiday in Gran Canaria and trying to connect the B4i bridge. It doesn't connect to the IP it shows me.
My standard point of view is Germany.

Can anyone help me?

Are your sure that your macbook is in the same network as your phone?

I have a windows notebook and both are on the same extremely slow network.

Are you able to ping the device from the command line (ping <ip address>)? If not then there is a network problem.

I downloaded a ping app to my iPhone 7. It pings: 0.394 ms

I think the router is not yours, so fixing the problem will be difficult.

That's the way it is. I live in an apartment complex and I have already complained about the wifi. I guess there's nothing I can do about that. Unfortunately or actually nice, I'll stay for more than six weeks.

Or take your own router with you next time, I have a small handy one at home that I take with me when I know there is only LAN and I want to have wifi.

Vielleicht kannst du dein Iphone als Hotspot brauchen.
Und dein notebook verbinden mit WIFI.
Ich weiss nicht ob dies geht.
