iOS Question b4i.keystore denied

hello , I formatted my computer , I installed the b4i I loaded the license , I set the path is that the java folder keys , just try to create a new private signing keys me error : b4i.keystore denied , why? I do not remember because she gives me this error

Program Files is a restricted folder. Use C:\B4i\keys instead.
