I guess that the code in the catch block of RDCHandler causes another error which then causes a stack overflow. Comment out the Try / Catch code in RDCHandler and see why there is an error there.

I've tested jRDC2 here and it works properly.

It seems like there is some SQL error. I recommend you to use jServer v2.60. If there is a bug in the newer ConnectionPool then it will be reported and hopefully with a reproducible project.
