Erel,
GE (General Electric) recently released a cloud platform for industrial applications called predix (https://www.predix.io/). I did not get too much into it, but I know basically is a linux / Java based thing (so in principle not too different from a rasperry PI..): I would really like to explore the possibility to use B4J to create predix apps but I guess that goes beyond my expertise.
Predix is a free platform so basically everyone can develop under it. Woulnd't be great if B4J could be used for that too? I think that would open up the users base of B4J further and enter the industrial space.
