B4J Question B4J Server Parameters (eg f=pjson)

Sorry Ive looked all over but I cant find any information on this.

Im writing a handler that takes inputs eg http://localhost:8888/hello?f=pjson

I cant see in the request these value pairs? How can I intercept these?
