I just noticed from Start/Settings/Control Panel Add or Remove Programs that I have two items installed...
1) Basic4ppc - which is reported as regularly used
and
2) Basic4ppc Desktop v6.90 - which is reported as not being used for over a year
Presumably the latter relates to the unlicensed version, yes? So can I uninstall this without affecting the other installation? I just don't like keeping unwanted stuff, my elderly laptop is resource strapped at the best of times without making things worse.
