B4R Question B4R 2.8 installation problem

I installed B4R 2.8 on windows 7-32 home laptop, the installation replaced version B4R 2.6 that was working OK. but when I run B4R 2.8, I get windows notification that system is getting slow and screen turns to black with no desktop icons! kindly advice

OK, i followed the steps, log file attached.

The error is related to the new title bar views. Is there anything special in your configuration that you can think of that can prevent the title bar views from appearing (maybe software that adds custom features to all windows)?

I don't have any special software for colors or features, i use the default windows 7 settings. I installed B4R 2.8 on another PC with better configs(i5 processor, 8G RAM and GT 705 graphics adapter) and it worked OK.
