Background Colors?

I see that every app has a defaulted "black" background. Is there a way (not in code) that you go to change that? I can't seem to find it. :sign0104: :sign0013:

In Designer you can change the Activity color property (see attachment)

Note that the default value is DEFAULT. On Android 4 devices it is not a solid black.
