Android Question before create activity the logo appears without any delay , how do I do that?

When I open many programs, the logo appears without any delay in the middle of the screen, such as Google Play app , when I open my program the action bar appears, then the layer appears after that, even though I am using fullscreen = false and title = false too , please help or any advice .
