Block Recognizer (Keyboard) Code

I have an app that for some reason invokes the block recognizer (for writing with the stylus) every time at start-up. It's really annoying!

Is there any code I can use to minimize the block recognizer at start-up?

Is there code to minimize it and maximize it again?

The SIP keyword allows you to show and hide the soft input panel.
However you will not be able to use it with an external application.
