Bluetooth ICON material icon Chr(0xE1A7) in B4X, copyright infringement ?

We are having a debate in the office(argument) about Chr(0xE1A7), the bluetooth icon in material icons, and someone suggested that you cannot use it as it copyrighted by Bluetooth SIG. I disagreed, anyone care to clarify, @Erel
