Bluetooth StateChange Status

Anyone knows the integer meaning on the Bluetooth Statechange.

I was able to figure these out.

11 = Bluetooth is Turning on
12 = Bluetooth is On

10?

Anymore I should know. Thank you

You should not use the numeric values.
You should compare the value with one of the STATE constants.
