I don't know why the B4A BringToFront is not based on the corresponding API method.

You can use the Dominex's demo (there's only one call to BringToFront inside his class), any project trying to BringToFront a view after a long click (for example), or you can use this project (the touch event is cancelled when I try to bring the icon to the front).
