iOS Question Build Release App (Problem)

To make an ipa file I have first to compile with "Build Release App.
When I compile in debug mode the app run well on my device, but if I compile with "Build Release App", impossible : "Communication error: RequestCanceled" (after a long time). (Image attached)
Internet connexion is slow at home but I have set at 120 seconds "Configure Process Timeout".
Have you an idea about this problem?

I have same problem before and my app have many images files, I changed the value in more high value (2000) and it work.

If my app have big multimedia files I need to use my local mac to build it as hosting service have file size limit.

Ah yes !! It works now but I had also to set Configure Process Time to a high value (1000)
