I have developed an app where the user keys in either numeric or alphanumeric data depending upon the view used. In an emulator Android 2.2 (API level 9) HVGA, the numeric or alpha keyboards appear from the bottom. When I use the same emulator with 1024X600, the keyboards don't appear. Is there a way to force the appearance of the "phone" keyboard?
