Android Question button on top

Hi,

I have a need for a customer, who would like an App which is pretty simple except they want to run a navigation client and some interaction:

after launching a navigation client APK (GMaps or Here...) having a
button on top, in order to click on it, this will send a SMS if your are getting late, or a "I'm here" SMS you are getting the destination.

Is any Lib. is able to do that?

I looked over Tooleap, 1st it seems pretty hard to get a account right now, and 2nd I'm not sure they want a "mini sapp"

Maybe the old (RS Standout) or maybe the Toleap Library can help here.

i´ve registered there in a time it was beta... I did not got any sdk token from them (i dont have any apps on playstore) so i could not play with it...
