Buttons Menu and Layout

I have my first screen with 10 icons. Each icon does different action calling a different layout.

My question is , How can I call diferent windows/layout when I press a different icon.

I create 10 layout each one for each button but I dont know call it.
Maybe this is a stupid quuestion but it is my dude.

You should use one Activity per layout and not several layouts in one Activity, that's the way Android is designded for.
Have a look at chapter 12.2 Program with 3 Activities in the Beginner's Guide (link bellow).
