The calendar library will not display the calendar in daily/weekly/monthly it can be used to get all of the events for your calendars and then it is up to you to display the info any way you want. I am sure you can send an intent to get the native calendar app to display the info if that is what you want.

As some of the previous posts mentioned it is difficult as many of the manufactures have customized this themselves. My HTC has a different intent

The only thing I could suggest that would work on all phone types would be to use the calendar library and make your own calendar app, an agenda type would be the easiest using a custom scrollview.

Public Gmail Calendar in WebView

I have added a public calendar to view in a WebView and it works fine on Android 4+ but refuses to scroll (but will resize) on some phones with older Android versions. At least I think that is the issue.

Has anybody a solution?

Thanks in anticipation.

Dim wvCalendar As WebView
...
...
wvCalendar.LoadUrl("https://www.google.com/calendar/embed?title=RISS%20Events&showNav=0&showTabs=0&showTz=0&mode=AGENDA&height=400&wkst=2&hl=en_GB&bgcolor=%23ccffff&src=wolfert.nl_f2a6ohps5l7ab17drl5jso7l1g%40group.calendar.google.com&color=%230D7813&src=wolfert.nl_jqdgt7s7i6gh3c8ua83hg5f5k0%40group.calendar.google.com&color=%23BE6D00&src=ht3jlfaac5lfd6263ulfh4tql8%40group.calendar.google.com&color=%23333333&ctz=Europe%2FAmsterdam")
