Calling number problem.

I try to run a call method.But
I get a error.
I tried calling this number *149*1445451745
ERROR :"Service codes must be entered directly from the phone's keypad"
what must I do to success?

I believe it is a "security" feature of Windows Mobile and it is not possible to workaround it.
