camera orientation problem in preview(in some gingerbreads)

i distributed a program which uses camera. some users which have gingerbread have problem in preview panel and its not in the right orientation!!!
i tried camera, ACL, cameraEX and all had the same problem

You should use CameraEx. On which device does it fail?

this is ACL. but it's the same on cameraEX

Are you 100% sure that it is the same with CameraEx? CameraEx orientation code is based on Google code.

yes
in samsung ace 2.3.6 i installed cameraEX sample without changing anything. but the result was the same. when i distributed my own application which used cameraEx module some other phones reported the same problem. (just some brands with gingerbread)

how about using native camera app?
in one post you said it's not reliable. is it still so?

Try the EZCamera library. It is based on the native camera app.
