iOS Question Can b4i debug programms on ios simulator or a jailbroken device?

I wonder if b4i can use ios simulator on Mac.

Also, I wonder if b4i can debug programms on a jailbroken device without apple's developer license. Because I do not have the intention to release any app on app store now.

The IDE is a Windows application. You cannot directly connect B4i to a Mac iOS simulator.

I don't know whether the OTA installer will work with jailbroken devices without a developer license.
