Android Question cant find google-play-services.jar

i cant find google-play-services.jar but it is instaled i belive....
i have been througth https://www.b4x.com/android/forum/threads/google-play-services-installation-tips.45843/ toutorial also but......
i am attaching skd manager screen shot can anybody tell me why?

i have updated my sdk manage just incase , i am uploading screen shots from it
but i still dont even see the
google_play_services\libproject\google-play-services_lib\res
path
i also include screenshoots from my file manager.
can any body help in this??

Why do you need google-play-services.jar ?

and i cannot locate the google_play_services\libproject\google-play-services_lib\res

some othere tutorials that they need this..... if you can short me out i will apriciate

Delete or comment line up and add this

#AdditionalJar: com.google.android.gms:play-services-ads

google-play-services.jar is no longer available. You need to switch to FirebaseAdMob.
