Creating the key requires the IDE to connect to the Mac builder. Make sure that the builder is running.

I've sent you a temporary user id for the hosted builder. Please try it.

Note that you only need to create the key once. You can use the csr file to create any number of certificates.

Neither. It is the private sign key password.
